By creating an account or purchasing access to any event on REPLAY, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each purchase grants access to one account only.
Event access is sold as a one-time payment. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the event page. Payment is processed by Stripe. Access is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
Access is for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not share, redistribute, record, screenshot, or re-stream any content. Concurrent streaming is limited to one device per account. Violation may result in immediate access revocation and account suspension without refund.
Where replay access is offered, it is available for the period stated on the event page. Replay availability may be changed or removed at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to stream sharing, recording, abusive behaviour in chat, or payment fraud.
REPLAY provides streaming on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for interruptions caused by network issues, third-party service outages, or technical difficulties beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
